Vasile Otto Hutopila ((ウクライナ語:Васи́ль Дми́трович Гутопи́ла)) born March 17, 1953 in Izvoarele Sucevei (Ізвори), Suceava County, Bukovina, Romania, is a contemporary Romanian painter of Ukrainian (Hutsul) ethnicity.
